Ethan runs TNAADO out of Toronto and Miami. The Toronto side, TNAADO Inc., is a media and technology company serving the Greater Toronto Area with technology solutions, local press features, and community initiatives; it's where the tech team is based. The Miami side, TNAADO Labs, is an app studio built around two ideas: bridge industries that don't normally meet, and build products that work the opposite way to the standard.
He goes after markets where the competition is slow or lazy, builds it right from the start, and uses real feedback to make it better. He operates as a force multiplier: puts the right people on the right problems, opens the right doors, and makes sure the work lands.
